Like my Aerial Photography service areas, I serve a primary and extended service areas for ground-based Real Estate Photography. The map below shows both areas with the local area in red and the extended area in purple / blue. The extended service area includes a nominal surcharge to compensate for additional travel time and gas.

The purple area (extended service area) includes everything in the red area (primary service area) and the following: A summary of locations in the extended service area that include the locations in the local service area: Dillsburg, Lewisberry, Valley Green, Marysville, Duncannon, East Hershey, Palmyra, Campbelltown, Middletown, Highspire, Royalton, Elizabethtown, Williams Grove.

Ultra Showcase Package: $125.00 *

One photo of front and / or frontage of property.
Six other photo of property.

Framed 8" x 10" print for you or as a gift to your client(s).

Print Pricing

I will provide reprints for your use according to the schedule below. Out of house reprint license is required for advertising, resale, corporate or other distribution use.

You may use reprints for display in public places, catalogs, editorials, advertorials, resale, legal proceedings, business promotion, advertising, or any use agreed upon and granted license at the time of assignment.

Photoshop Post-Processing: $125 per hour, 1/2 hour minimum.

Web use of images: Determined per use and per assignment where not granted in package.

License-of-use fees and reprint rates will be negotiated at time of assignment contract.
